I'd like to thank the Adogemy...

I recently entered Max & JD's Bootielicious competition - and I won two prizes!

I am delighted to have done so well, the competition was extremely tough - there's some very high-quality bootie out there!

I came second in the Fluffy Butt category...

... and this is my winning action shot in the Bottoms Up category!

I want to thank all the puppies and kitties out there who voted for me; all my competitors for making it such an exciting competition; the guest commentators for their fabulous commentaries; ... and of course the lovely JD & Max for organising such a great competition in the first place!

And now, it's back to bootie exercises for me...

... there's no rest for the licious!

Hi, Sasha, I just saw your comment about the bed filled with water crystals (on Honey's blog) and I'd love to know where you got it. (I'm in Melbourne.)

Hi Parlance

My human got my cooling mat from Count Dogula's in Moonee Ponds, and she says she's also seen them in PetStock (also in Moonee Ponds).

As well as being cooling, they taste quite good (I've not managed to chew through to the crystals, but they are supposed to be non-toxic, so I'm hoping they will be as yummy as the cover, when I get around to working on it further).

Puppy kisses

Hi Sasha - swoon! You sure do have some prize-winning bootie there - and now we know it's not just us that thinks that but the blogging public too, he he he! Your prizes will be posted next weekend - the humans are being very lax (as usual - sigh!!) They're only little things but they're from a doggie charity as we wanted some less fortunate doggies to benefit. Schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max.

Hi Sasha - oh yes, flea is always around. He's firmly become JD's absolute favourite toy - JD is always trying to sneak flea into the garden - he he!

Max has adored his squeaky chicken that he's had since he was a pup (and amazingly it's still in once piece!) - he would be a broken pup if squeaky ever disappeared. JD didn't favour any particular toy - he simply moved from one toy to the next. And then flea turned up and flea is to JD what squeaky is to Max!! It's really cute to watch.

(Actually, when JD is playing wih Flea Max goes off squeaky a bit and wants Flea instead - he's a jealous pup!) Thanks so much - Flea is always around, you'll probably notice him quite a bit in the background of photos!!

Big schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max.
